You’ve heard the saying “location, location, location” … well, shopping at Real Cool Living is “customer service, customer service, customer service!!!!! And to top the list is Tony with a huge assist from Shane. THANK YOU to both! We hit the jackpot! A couple of hours spent walking the showroom for many pieces with Tony giving new thoughts and ideas along the way. Very knowledgeable and patient. Tony you are the best. I will be back without a doubt. Shopping there was a Real Cool Experience!

I saw an ad on Marketplace for a davenport and dropped into Really Cool Living at Crossroads Mall. I met with Robert, who'd posted the ad. There was no hard selling, just a conversation. I was offered a drink and meandered around the store. I decided to buy the sofa and two chairs. RCL was able to deliver the furniture in the same week! Issy and Sawyer were the delivery guys. They were respectful, polite, industrious and professional. They got their work done quickly and well. I tipped them properly and they moved the old furniture to another room for me. I'm super pleased. The sofa and chairs are made in China and are solidly built and an affordable option. They are well padded and I expect them to wear well. Robert followed up with me after delivery. Nice touch. I will shop there again. Job well done.

We recently purchased several pieces of furniture from this store, including the famous My Cloud couch, and couldn't be happier with our experience. Tony was absolutely fantastic to work with. He took the time to walk the entire showroom to find wood finishes that would coordinate with my kitchen chairs. He was knowledgeable, patient, and offered many design suggestions that I never would have thought of on my own. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and the My Cloud couch definitely lives up to its reputation for comfort! What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Tony genuinely cared about helping us create a cohesive look for our home and made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend both the store and Tony if you're looking for quality furniture and exceptional service!

I was very impressed with this store. We went to a furniture outlet store first and also tried to get used furniture off marketplace etc. and it just wasn't working out—the outlet store didn't deliver and quality was suspect. We went RCL and it was so much easier for basically same prices. They had a cool play area for kids and the service from Shane and Tony was really great. Delivery was awesome. We are coming back here for future furniture needs.

I was so impressed by the guy that helped my fiance and I today, his name was Jesse. This was our first time in the store and I was so impressed by how well Jesse was able to help us. We will be back in the near future! We do not find this kind of service very often but all I know is that this guy will go far. Anyone with that kind of genuine excitement and motivation will excel anywhere. It was refreshing to see this kind of work ethic, we will be recommending you guys.

Everyone at RCL has been wonderful to work with. I have genuinely been more impressed with the service here than with any business I’ve dealt with in a very long time, all the way from sales to delivery, and the furniture is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend checking them out!

Stumbled upon this store one day while shopping at crossroads mall. Their kitchen tables caught my eye so I went back months later after our kitchen remodel was done to buy one of those tables. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Especially Shane. I found the table I wanted and was deciding on which chairs to buy. Shane ran all over the store bringing chairs to me to pick from. I found the perfect 4 chairs to go with my table. We had planned on hauling it home in the back of the pickup that day but it had started raining and we didn't want it to get wrecked. Shane volunteered to haul it to our house for us after the store closed that evening. That was super awesome of him! Shane showed up that evening with the table and chairs and put it together for us. It fits perfectly in the space. The table is beautiful, solid and is definitely high quality. Will definitely shop here again. Thanks Shane!

We went in to look at new beds. We were greeted right away by Shane. He showed us where to go till Tony freed up. Shane offered the kids fruit snacks while they patiently waited for us. Tony is super knowledgeable about all the products. He walked us thru each bed, advised us of the pros and cons, and we ended up buying a bed from Tony. Both Tony and Shane are really friendly, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. The store was super clean and well put together. Definitely recommend them. If your looking for new furniture, you need to check out this store.

Experience at Really Cool Living – St. Cloud I don’t know what they’re drinking at Really Cool Living in the Crossroads Center Mall in St. Cloud, but whatever it is… give me some! The energy in this store is incredible. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Tony, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. He explained that the store is family-owned and that their focus is on the customer experience, not just selling furniture. You could immediately feel that philosophy throughout the entire store. Every single staff member I encountered was upbeat, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. It created such a great atmosphere—you actually want to spend time in the store. And that was before I even started looking at the furniture. When I walked into the mattress gallery, Tony introduced me to the Serta Beauty rest mattress and adjustable base they carry and encouraged me to try it out. It was absolutely amazing. Tony was incredibly knowledgeable about how the mattress and adjustable base can improve sleep, reduce pressure, and even benefit overall health. I didn’t buy it on the spot—I went home and did some research first. Everything Tony told me checked out. The quality is excellent and the price is very competitive. I’ll actually be going back this weekend to buy what I’m calling my “dream bed.” After leaving the mattress gallery, Shane came over and showed me their Cloud sectional. What an incredible piece of furniture. The comfort and quality are truly over the top, and I’ll be purchasing one of those as well. If you’re looking for furniture and want an experience where you’re treated like a valued customer instead of just another sale, I highly recommend Really Cool Living in St. Cloud. Shane was phenomenal and helped us find our new bedframe. He worked diligently to ensure quick delivery and that it would work for us and our family. Very responsive, kind and fun to talk to!

We stopped at RCL as a last ditch effort after exhausting all options at ALL the other furniture stores. We were very surprised that the weirdest looking couch there (Peyton) was actually the most comfy. Our salesman Robert was a pleasure to work with and made the whole deal incredibly easy. We ended up buying a console table as well. The following week when the delivery arrived, the table ended up having some cosmetic issues and they were happy to make it right by bringing a different table. It was while we were waiting for the 2nd table to arrive that we decided the couch really wasn't right for us. It was very comfy sitting in it, but laying down horizontal didn't have the support we were looking for. I reached out about returning it and was extremely surprised when they picked up the couch for a 100% refund when they dropped off the replacement table. I absolutely would do business again!

We stopped by the mall in our way through the St. Cloud area and were absolutely blown away by how kind and generous the guys at the RCL furniture store were. Not only did we find the perfect live-edge table for our new house, but the gentlemen who helped us actually gave us a huge ratchet strap/tie down for us to bring the table home securely. He wouldn’t let us pay him for it—we were so incredibly thankful since we hadn’t initially planned on buying the table that day and only had two small straps on hand. The store carries wonderful quality furniture, fun artwork/decor and has a fun play area for kids. They were very tolerant of our kids and even offered them fruit snacks. Great folks to talk to and purchase furniture from!

My husband and I got our mattress and couch from here and it’s probably one of the best purchases we’ve ever made! Both the couch and mattress are extremely comfortable, durable and affordable! Also, all of the staff there has been top notch in helping us with everything. 10 out of 10- highly recommend!!!

Amazing service! RCL truly exceeded my expectations. They even delivered outside of their normal delivery hours, which shows how much they care about their customers. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and a company that genuinely goes above and beyond.

Robert and his staff are great the St. Cloud store is amazing we purchased a couch and loveseat and the service we got was above and beyond any other stores we went to we will certainly be back

Great selection and very helpful with options

I went to RCL looking for a new couch and had the best experience. I worked with Diego and I cannot say enough good things about him! He was super patient with all the questions I had, he moved the showroom pieces around on the sectionals to create the style I would have in my home and made sure to explain the process of how the pieces hook up to each other, how to wash the covers, how to hook the cushions into the anchors etc. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I got the setup of my dreams. Delivery and assembly were handled by Justin and Shane, and again, was so wonderful— they were both so kind and courteous, they communicated when they would be arriving, they did all the heavy lifting, and they fully set up my new couch and made sure I was completely happy with the placement. It’s by far the comfiest piece of furniture I own, and it’s gotten my dog Raya’s paw of approval. Highly recommend RCL, the furniture is incredible and the customer service is even better!
