Customer Pick Up Guidelines:
Orders placed by Sunday can be picked up on the following Wednesday after 3pm at Crossroads Center, St Cloud, MN. Ask your sales associate for specific pick-up location details behind Home Goods.
Early pick-up may also be available (by appointment only) at 2300 W Hwy 13 in Burnsville, MN. call or text (952)900-4555. You must let your St Cloud location know within 24 hours after placing your order if you plan on picking up at the Burnsville location. You can call or text the St Cloud location at (320)316-2665.
The Buyer accepts complete responsibility for the safe transport of their merchandise and agrees
to hold RCL, its employees, and/or agents harmless in the event of any accident, injury, or
damage resulting in transport of merchandise.
Notwithstanding that RCL, it's employees, and/or
agents may have assisted me in loading, tying down, and/or fastening merchandise to my
vehicle.
For the safety of you and others traveling around you, we are unable to help load, or allow you to
load, any item on top of your vehicle.
Curbside Delivery
Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays
What’s Included:
- We place all furniture in factory packaging inside your garage or
loading dock or outside the 1st floor entry of your home or
apartment. At the time of delivery an authorized signature is
required. - Products with multiple parts will require do-it-yourself assembly.
- Our delivery team will inspect the factory packaging to insure
there is no outside damage prior to loading on the delivery truck. - A four-hour window is provided before delivery day.
- 1 person delivery team that will place all furniture.
What’s Not Included:
- Placement in specific rooms of your home
- Pre-delivery inspection
- Unpacking or unwrapping furniture
- Removal of packing materials
- Any necessary assembly
Customer Assist White Glove Premium Delivery
Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, & Saturdays
What's Needed:
* An able bodied adult, capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. to assist the delivery driver to bring the furniture into the home, to the location it is going, without causing any damage/injury to the home, furniture, assistant, or delivery driver.
* An able bodied adult, to help assist in the assembly of furniture being delivered if requested by the delivery driver.
What’s Included:
- Four-Hour Delivery Window.
- Confirmation text/call a day in advance.
- Professional delivery driver will inspect the route to the room to make sure the new furniture can safely pass through.
- Placement of furniture into a specific room of your home, condo or apartment (The delivery driver will inspect the room to make sure it is ready for delivery and can also assist with ideal room placement).
- Complete assembly and installation of your purchase
- In-Home consultation and training with our professional delivery driver for furniture care and use.
- Disposal of all packing materials.
Mattress Delivery:
- RCL is the hassle-free solution to a better night’s sleep. RCL delivery staff will provide
setup and will remove your old mattress and place it in your garage or on the curb
for free.
White Glove Premium Delivery
